| Welcome
to Rainbow Hill Butterfly Art. I use Real Butterflies that are raised
on Butterfly Farms from around the World. These beautiful, winged
creatures of nature come to me individually wrapped, insuring the
highest quality.
Unlike many of my competitors, I only use clear, sealed airtight acrylic
boxes: Insuring these stunning mounted butterflies are preserved for
decades. Each artwork is easy to hang, by a small clear attachment
that is hidden from view.
All of Rainbow Hills Art is original: Designed and cared for by me,
Jill. These Beautiful Pieces make wonderful lasting gifts and are
easy to ship.
Rainbow Hill Butterflies are available in five different sizes; small
displays (4x6, & 5x7), medium displays
(8x10), and large displays (11x14, 16x20 and 18x24). These pieces
can be custom made using any butterflies pictured on my website. Just
send an e-mail to jill@rainbowhill.net,
letting me know of your preferences: I enjoy making your dreams come
true. Satisfaction is always guaranteed.
A little about Butterfly Farms...
Rainbow Hill Butterflies are raised in butterfly farms around the
world. In these farms the butterflies flourish in their natural surroundings
and die naturally. The average life span for butterflies is 30 days
or less.
Butterfly farming is able to achieve a ten times higher survival rate
of butterfly eggs. In the wild, only 7% of the eggs survive. In farms,
the survival rate is 70-90%. Butterfly farming helps preserve the
rainforest by offering an alternative source of income in renewable
resources. The native farmers now want to maintain an ideal environment
for butterflies, and oppose cutting down the mahogany trees. The exportation
of butterflies is regulated worldwide. All of my butterflies were
imported with a CITIES permit.
Buying tropical butterflies may be one of the best investments you
can make in tropical forest protection!
Enjoy all the butterflies
